Thomas focuses his practice on corporate & commercial, foreign direct investments and regulatory compliance. Thomas has extensive experience in advising listed issuers, sponsors and underwriters in initial public offering projects, post listing compliance matters, foreign direct investments, corporate restructuring, corporate governance and internal control, joint ventures, China-related corporate & commercial matters, intellectual properties and other general commercial matters.

Thomas qualified in Hong Kong in 2003. He has worked in several multi-national law firms such as K&L Gates, SJ Berwin LLP and DLA Piper Hong Kong. In addition, Thomas has also acquired experience in PRC-related matters when he worked as the legal advisor of China Resources Enterprise, Limited.

Thomas founded CFN Lawyers in 2013 and set up the 1st branch in 2015.
