Japan office is formed as 外國法共同事業 (term expressed in both Japanese and Chinese and translated as “foreign law joint venture” in English) with a Japan law firm namely 虎門中央法律事務所under the name of “虎門中央法律事務所恒盛注册外國法事務律師事務所（外國法共同事業）”  according to the外国弁護士による法律事務の取扱いに関する特別措置法 (the Act on Special Measures Concerning the Handling of Legal Services by Foreign Lawyers) of Japan. 

Canada office is a corporation incorporated under the name of Anli Partners Inc. in Prince Edward Island of Canada under the Business Corporations Act of Canada. A senior partner of Anli Partners, who is a qualified lawyer of the PRC as well as a qualified lawyer of Canada, is authorized to register the said corporation bearing the name of “Anli Partners” in Canada. Such registration was also reported to and filed with the北京市司法局 (Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice).

Dubai office is formed through an alliance agreement made with a law firm registered in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), namely Sulaiman AI Naqbi Ad-vocates and Legal Consultants (盈天蘇萊曼律師事務所) for business cooperation and development.
