• Advising a Singapore startup on its strategic joint venture with the Indonesia’s largest publicly listed tech company, focusing on ride-hailing, e-commerce and financial services.

• Advising a medical device startup on its Series A+ round financing, with investment from the largest private healthcare provider in Singapore listed in both the Singapore and Malaysia Stock Exchanges.

• Advising Nissin Foods Company Limited (Stock Code: 1475) on its listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, raising approximately HK$1.13 billion.

• Acted as in-house counsel of AIA Group Limited (Stock Code: 01299) during its reorganization and initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, raising approximately HK$159 billion, which was the the world’s third-largest IPO at the time.

• Advising Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. (“Ping An”) (Stock Code: 02318) on its acquisition of shares in Shenzhen Development Bank, with a transaction value of approximately RMB22 billion.

• Advising the underwriters in the HK$22 billion global offering of China Railway Group Limited (Stock Code: 00390), sponsored by BOCI Asia Ltd., JP Morgan Securities (Asia Pacific) Ltd, UBS AG and ABN AMRO Rothschild PRC.
