    Kelvin is a corporate partner specializing in capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, takeovers, and other corporate & commercial transactions. He has more than 12 years’ experience in Listing Rules, Takeovers Code, Companies Ordinance and Securities and Futures Ordinance. Throughout his career, he has been involved in numerous mega size transactions and has advised various corporations including but not limited to Blackstone, KKR, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Citigroup and Yunfeng Group etc.

    Kelvin qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2013 and has previously practiced in a few top-tier international firms including Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Kirkland & Ellis.

    • Advised Yunkang Group Limited (Stock Code: 2325), a leading medical operation service provider in China that offers a full suite of diagnostic testing services for medical institutions, on its approximately US$140 million global offering and listing on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited with CMB International Capital Limited and SPDB International Capital Limited as joint sponsors
    • Advised Arrail Group Limited (Stock Code: 6639), the largest dental services provider in the premium private dental service market in China by revenue, on its approximately US$87 million global offering and listing on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited with Morgan Stanley Asia Limited and UBS Securities Hong Kong Limited as joint sponsors
    • Advised China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited and China Securities (International) Corporate Finance Company Limited as joint sponsors in relation to the listing of STAR CM Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 6698), the largest variety program IP creator and operator in China in terms of revenue in 2021, on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited

    • Advised J.P. Morgan Securities (Far East) Limited, Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C. and Citigroup Global Markets Asia Limited as joint sponsors and the underwriting syndicate in respect of the secondary listing of Zai Lab Limited (Stock Code: 9688) in Hong Kong with the total offer size of approximately HK$6.6 billion


    Mergers & Acquisitions
    • Advised Times Holdings II Limited (the SPV of Blackstone Real Estate Fund) as purchaser and offeror in the acquisition of 71.47% of the issued shares in Hong Kong International Construction Investment Management Group Co., Limited (Stock Code: 687) at the consideration of HK$7 billion and the mandatory general offer to acquire all issued shares and to cancel all outstanding share options with a maximum cash consideration of HK$3.74 billion
    • Advised Yunfeng Financial Group Limited (Stock Code: 376) on its very substantial acquisition in relation to the acquisition of 60% of the issued share capital of MassMutual Asia Limited with a total consideration of HK$13.1 billion
