Sam Yung is a consultant of CFN Lawyers LLP practicing in the areas of corporate finance and commercial matters, including initial public offerings and secondary listings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint venture and regulatory compliance.

Sam qualified in Hong Kong in 2006 and in England and Wales in 2023. Prior to joining CFN, Sam previously practiced at Michael Li & Co and Reed Smith Richards Butler where he regularly advised on capital market transactions, public takeovers as well as listing rules compliance. Apart from his experience in private practice, Sam served as in-house legal counsel at the Airport Authority from 2022 to 2025 and played pivotal role in the Authority’s debt issuance exercises and cross-border transactions.
