In the area of investment in Japan, Mr. Yin is one of the earliest lawyers in Japan to serve Chinese enterprises in their investment in Japan. Mr. Yin provides comprehensive legal services to Chinese companies in their investment, mergers and acquisitions, business cooperation, compliance management and dispute resolution in. Mr. Yin co-wrote the Guide to Investing in Japan and helped many Chinese companies to successfully invest in Japan. 

In the area of corporate governance/compliance management, Mr. Yin has provided legal services for Japanese and other foreign companies and their Chinese subsidiaries regarding compliance management system construction, daily operation maintenance, handling compliance issues and other legal services in 2007. Mr. Yin has been designated as a lawyer of compliance hotline of many multinational companies. Mr. Yin has been invited to deliver lectures in Japan and China on numerous occasions with Chinese subsidiaries and published a monograph in Japan as the lead author of the monograph entitled Risk Prevention and Control for Chinese Subsidiaries.
