・ For a project of the bareboat charter of 39 vessels of a finance leasing limited company, drafting and reviewing the project

・ Preparing the necessary contracts and documents, and providing legal opinions and advice; ・ Providing legal services for a bank financing and mortgage project;

・ Providing legal due diligence and due diligence reports for the subsidiary of a super large energy enterprise regarding the purchase of tanker and LPG ship sale and purchase;

・ Providing legal services for a loan project between an international leasing company and ICBC;

・ Providing year-round legal services for the internet finance company under a group;

・ Providing legal services for an aviation oil group and its affiliated logistics enterprise all year round in terms of ship sales projects, ship financing projects, ship washing base construction, berth construction, oil depot projects, ship transport, insurance, tanker renovation projects, loading and unloading and other aspects;

・ Providing legal services for a super large energy group and its subsidiary;

・ Providing regular legal services for the shipping company invested by a large group in many areas such as financing for multiple ships of various types, ship sales, ship management, charter, bill of lading, corporate transaction structure design, crew labor contract disputes, and corporate management and operation;

・ Application for a dispute over compensation for damages caused by marine aquaculture pollution as the agent of a super-large energy enterprise, and the case is finally withdrawn by the plaintiff;

・ In addition, she provides legal services for many shipping, logistics, and international freight forwarding companies. 

Partial performance of carriage of goods by sea, charter and freight agency:

・ Providing year-round legal services to many energy, shipping, and freight forwarding agencies, including many marine cargo transportations. Drafting and reviewing contracts on export and lease contracts, providing legal opinions, and representing clients in litigations and arbitrations, etc.  Acting as an agent in several disputes arising from the carriage of goods by sea, delivery of goods without original bills of lading, and voyage charter party. The freight forwarding dispute case and satisfactory compensation were obtained. 

Some of our performance in insurance:

・ Providing professional legal services in a ship insurance dispute, won the case in the first instance, and obtained satisfactory compensation involving a total amount of about RMB80 million; and

・ In the marine insurance contract dispute case between a property insurance company limited and B marine limited company,

Representing a property insurance company in a lawsuit and winning the lawsuit. 

Investment and real estate field:

・ Based in an investment group, and provide litigation and non-litigation support for the real estate and construction projects invested by the group.

・Based in an enterprise as the legal general manager.
