Mr. Luo specializes in employment law, ESG, compliance, supply chain and business and human rights, as well as related dispute resolution. In particular, he has extensive experience in the areas of personnel placement for transactional projects, cross-border employment, senior executives and key employees relationship, new employment models and ESG and compliance system establishment. Among them, he handled dozens of personnel placement for transactional projects, and the number of employees involved ranges from dozens of people to over 30,000 people.
