Anli Partners has recently added an 8-member tax team led by former King & Wood Mallesons partner Ye Yongqing to its Shanghai office. Among them, Lan Meng, Song Dandan, Wang Yixiao will also join as partners.

With over 25 years of professional experience in the tax field, Ye specializes in resolving major tax disputes between enterprises and tax authorities and providing innovative and actionable comprehensive solutions for clients' emerging or complex projects. His clientele spans multiple industries including TMT, manufacturing, retail, finance, real estate, pharmaceuticals, and culture & entertainment.

Lan boasts 10 years of experience in Chinese tax practice, with extensive expertise in tax planning, tax compliance, transfer pricing, and tax dispute resolution.

Song has 10 years of professional experience in Chinese tax, holding three professional qualifications: Chinese Lawyer, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Tax Firm.

Wang serves clients across a wide range of emerging and traditional industries such as semiconductors, biopharmaceuticals, private equity funds, gig economy, factoring, real estate, and asset management. He also provides long-term consulting services to tax authorities and financial departments.
