Beijing-headquartered Anli Partners has recently launched a new office in Dubai, forming an association with boutique firm Sulaiman Al-Naqbi.
According to Anli, the Dubai office will be led by Li Feng, managing partner of Sulaiman Al-Naqbi.
The firm is headed by Li Feng, former Head of Overseas Legal Affairs (MENA Region) at Huawei, and its legal team is qualified to represent clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings across all levels of courts in the UAE.
Wang Qingyou, director of Anli, stated in a press release that the Dubai office serves as a key pillar in Anli’s global strategic layout. Guided by the goal of supporting Chinese enterprises, the office will further enhance Anli’s core competitiveness in the international legal service market.
Boasting an open business environment, a sound legal system, and its position as a gateway to the MENA market, Dubai is gradually emerging as a popular destination for Chinese enterprises’ investments in sectors such as energy, infrastructure, digital economy, and smart manufacturing—areas that align closely with Anli’s service focus.
Currently, Chinese law firms are accelerating their international expansion, particularly in key regions along the “Belt and Road” Initiative. A growing number of Chinese law firms are establishing new offices to respond to the strong demand for localized legal services from Chinese enterprises venturing overseas.
