As one of the early law firms in China to engage in bankruptcy liquidation and restructuring, Anli has participated in or led a large number of corporate bankruptcy liquidation/restructuring cases in various roles such as bankruptcy administrator, agent or legal counsel to shareholders/debtors/creditors, and legal counsel to investors, and enjoys a high reputation in the industry.
Bankruptcy and Restructuring
►Accepting appointment by the People’s Court as administrator in bankruptcy cases and liquidation team in compulsory liquidation cases of companies
►Accepting instructions from creditors, debtors and other eligible entities to apply to the People’s Court for liquidation of the debtor in bankruptcy
►Accepting instructions from distressed companies to conduct due diligence on them and propose solutions on their debt restructuring
►Acting as legal counsel to the company’s liquidation team on behalf of the company and its shareholders
►Accepting instructions from shareholders and creditors to apply to the People’s Court for compulsory liquidation of the debtor
►Participating in compulsory liquidation or compulsory winding-up proceedings as legal counsel to creditors, recall rights holders and other entities
►Participating in the restructuring and reorganization of listed or unlisted companies as legal counsel to debtors, shareholders, creditors, restructuring parties and other entities
